Breaking Barriers: Aeta Students' Journey to High School

We are thrilled to share the news that six Aeta students will be transitioning from elementary to high school in 2025! However, their journey is not without challenges. These students face a daunting commute from their rural homes to the main city, where the high school is located.

Principal's Plea: Student Transportation Support.

The principal has reached out for support, requesting transportation support for the students. This is a critical need, as public transportation is scarce in their community, a common hurdle faced by many indigenous tribes in the Philippines.

Let's rally together to ensure these deserving students receive the support they need to succeed in their educational journey!

Urgent Assistance Needed: Expedite Funding for Datu Igwas Elementary School

We're seeking immediate support to secure funding for classrooms and armchairs at Datu Igwas Elementary School before the 2024-2025 school year. Despite persistent efforts over five years, the school remains without proper classrooms, relying on makeshift facilities.

To address this pressing issue, we've explored government programs and grants, including:

- Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP)
- Local government officials, such as Datu Icdang of Kidapawan City

While these efforts have raised awareness, immediate results are crucial. To procure the remaining 31 chairs, we're considering:

- Crowdfunding campaigns
- Local community fundraising events

Your timely assistance can help bridge the gap and provide a conducive learning environment for these deserving students.
